After spending almost 18 years working a demanding, high stress career I realized it was time to slow down and focus on my own well-being. Traveling constantly and being away from home and my family for work made me recognize how depleted my own self care routine was. When I was finally able to take a step back from the fast-paced life I was living, I recognized how much I neglected my own care and happiness. It was at that point that I decided I wanted to help others achieve better health by focusing my energy on providing services to nourish the mind, body and soul of every individual that walks through the door.

I am passionate about creating an atmosphere which fosters peace, love and encouragement for all our unique customers. Times are challenging, and I am committed to providing the serenity our bodies need to maintain a healthy, fulfilling life.
